Which bank in the world have the highest interest rate for time deposit for my excess money?

Try a New Zealand bank|||I believe your main concern should be security and stability of whichever institution you may wish to place your funds wherever that will be in the world. I would say it is not just a matter of getting the "highest" interest rate for your money but rather an assurance that your money is in safe hands as it is earning the interest agreed upon and that when the term of your placement has run its course, you are sure to get your money back.

It may not necessarily be a bank because you can always make a private placement with a business organization which can offer you a good rate of return as well as security for your placement.

I can help if you are interested in placing your money in a Philippine institution. I know of a reputable corporation that can give you 9% per annum in interest with more than enough assurance of security and stability.|||Biggest "return" can lead to the largest decline in value of the currency..... you're moving in a very dangerous areana!
