And when or who should find them out, do we suppose to notify someone about it or we just placed it somewhere and let anybody discover it,if is found.|||And this applies to Japan in exactly what way?
Now, to try to be helpful, who exactly is going to care about your time capsule? If you can't think of anybody, then just let somebody find it.
