What is the time limit for a landlord to return a security deposit in Texas?

I was told by my land lord that I left his property in great condition and very clean so he would be returning to me my security deposit. I have not received it yet, but I may be too impatient at this point. Does anyone know what the time limit is for a landlord to return a security deposit in the state of Texas?
