What happens if I did not pay my UC davis SIR deposit on time?

What is this SIR deposit for anyways. I don't remember them sending me anything about this deposit being due. I don't remember if i did pay or not. But i was able to login my account and set up things for my orientation.|||u didnt have to make any deposit for ur SIR the only deposit that was due already was ur housin deposit that was due Jun 12th
