I am planning to travel to Orlando, FL next year and I am possibly going to book the flight now. The total cost is 2000 and a bit pounds, but do I only have to pay a deposit now and pay the full cost sooner to my date of travelling? Or do I have to pay it all now?
Thanks|||If you are booking online, you must pay for it all upfront. However, if you use a travel agent, they may have a program where you can pay a deposit. However, your seat will not be guaranteed. AND, I don't believe that any travel agent would actually do that. Usually you have to pay for everything upfront.|||Booking on line with either the airline or booking agency will require payment in full. The same applies to booking through a normal travel agent in most cases. If they do accept a deposit they will have to inform you that;
a) the booking is not guaranteed until you pay the balance
b) the price is not guaranteed until the balance is paid.
The only way around this is to buy a package with flight and another service, like car hire or hotels. These can either be through a holiday company or what is called an IT package. Independent travel agents like www.journeysalacarte.co.uk or Travelbag are much more able to sort this sort of thing out for you than High Street agencies because they specialise in putting together unique packages and have access to airlines and combinations the others do not.|||When booking any air tickets, you either pay up the total at once, or you can try "Fly Now Pay Later". You do need good credit to be eligible.
